These Terms apply to all users of OpenHeart, including individual users, couples, and any other visitors to our website or app.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use OpenHeart. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

All questions, prompts, and content within the App are created by OpenHeart Wellness. This content is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.
The conversation questions are designed for personal use and reflection. They are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or mental health services. If you or your partner are experiencing serious relationship difficulties, we encourage you to seek professional support.
All personal data you enter (names, preferences, session history) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data stored on it. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.
OpenHeart is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
OpenHeart is not a mental health service, therapy platform, or crisis intervention tool. The App is designed for recreational and reflective use by couples who are in a safe, stable relationship context.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenHeart Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim (or $10, if you have paid nothing).
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the App at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OpenHeart Wellness operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
